Your view is right myfriend. No one cant be in your shoes but it cant be channeled at L1's. ppl here feel the heat of outsourcing through H1/L1 as thats the route taken. But if there is limited oursourcing everyone is happy. We are missing that and technically that cant happen due to trade issues... as i said If not H1 then L1 else B2....... On B2 one is NOT supposed to work they still abuse.. .

If you have issues watching it, try the below
Tools > Preferences > Connection > Network Transports
Check Manually Configure connection settings
Click on RTSP Settings, uncheck everything except "Attempt to use HTTP"
Do the similar for PNA Settings.

Exactly my thoughts. However, that does not mean that I am not proud of heritage and culture of my country-of-origin.
The vast majority of people are here on these forums for getting their GC and USC.
I appreciate everyone who has congratulated me. Thank you so much. Please note that I sill belong to legal immigrant community and nothing can change that.
Good Luck to everyone (and that includes people who have given me red dots with comments) and I hope you get your GC soon.

Anyway, I am still confused. If I am proud of my country of origin and its heritage then it must be absolutely impossible for me to entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity with my country of origin. That is the expectation every human society or country generally have and must have to advance its own culture. Well I can not see myself fitting in that "Ethics watch" if I am changiing citizenship. If I am changing citizenship I absolutely do not have strong ethical connection with my heritage and country. And in that case it is fine to change citizenship for me and if I do that I would not speak about pride to my heritage and country. And if I am really and sincerely proud of my country of origin I would not become citizen of other country in spite of any attractive lure. It is that simple.

Hi Apple,
Dont lose hope and dont lose sleep over it. I know it's easy to say...but just hang in there. Everything will be ok. As someone suggested, all you will be losing is at most 10K. Even that, you can transfer to some where else and should not be paying a cent. Why go now itself? Let's suppose that the judgement is not in your favour, may be , after a couple of years. Then you can quit your job and say you are leaving. I dont think they can stop you at that time. And I dont think they can make you work either, if you decided not to take up a job. Then file banktrupcy and go back to your country. Relax for a couple of years and then come back.
So, all i would suggest is stay calm and let the trial take it's course.
If you do not want to go through all this stress then as someone suggested , try for an out of court settlement. Tell them all you have is about 2K( take off all the money before that). Then they will know what your position is and might settle for that. Better take an attorney so that this is settled for once and all.
It's possible that the target might not even be you. There might be some millionaire in one of the other cars.
That's my 2 cents.

"Try pulling a mountain with a hair. If you succeed , you will get the mountain. If you fail, all you have lost is a hair"

I got an LUD on 485 when i got AP approved.
