One of the biggest fashion events, the 11th TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION ‘10 (TGC), was held at Saitama Super Arena on the 4th, and about 80 models and celebrities showed up.The theme of TGC this year was “Back to the Classic Future”, and the 22 different brands help determine what the trends will be for autumn/winter 2010. TGC has attracted many girls in Japan, and this year it pulled approximately 32,000 people. Moreover, TGC was live broadcasted on Niconico douga for the first time.
AKB48 was one of the secret guests, and not only did they perform three songs at the stage, but also 13 members walked the runway as models. Sawajiri Erika also showed up as a secret guest, and you can check all the models who attended the TGC here!

It has also been announced that TGC will be held in Nagoya in February, and then in Beijing in spring 2011.
